Would use again!
A very enjoyable experience with Mia, me and my team had a last minute trip from Reading to Manchester that required a group transportation service and everything ran as smoothly as possible. I would definitely use them again!
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Really helpful team supported what was (realistically) a very last minute request for transport after I was let down by a previous supplier. Could not fault!
Had a great trip from start to finish…
Had a great trip from start to finish from goodison to wolves . Very welcoming and friendly the atmosphere was great . The only down fall was when we got the the car park the coach next to us vision travel emptied the septic tank and my little boy walked threw it and and ruined his new trainers
5 star service
Many thanks to the team. A great service from start to finish. Clean vehicle, arrived early & the driver was extremely pleasant. Steve was happy enough to accommodate all the last minute changes. Prices were competitive also. Would highly recommend & have already booked our Summer party coach for 2020.
Excellent service
Excellent service, on time, clean, competitively priced and really reliable. The coach was really comfortable and the communication with the booking team was brilliant. My group of 20 had quite a complicated schedule but they sorted us out without any fuss.
I would highly recommend Mia Travel for large group bookings and will definitely use them for future events.
Many thanks for all your hard work
Many thanks for all your hard work in booking our coach and ensuring that all was efficient. The coach on both legs was punctual and clean and we felt welcomed by the drivers on both legs. I would be happy to recommend your use for future journeys.
I like the fact that they were patient
I like the fact that they were patient with our booking and flexible when I could not establish group Size.I also like the fact that they were not pushy; it took me quite a bit of time from enquiry to the actual booking. I have not yet taken the journey but so far this company look very promising.
